Ms. Royal has well over 12 years in the meetings industry. She became a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in 2001 and has planned all types of meetings and events for
professional associations, small corporations, non profit organizations, and individuals. Theresa's expertise in the area of contract negotiation and venue selection has
garnered her years of experience obtaining favorable contracts on behalf of her clients.
Theresa has an extensive background in implementing special events that include, but are not limited to, seminars, receptions, retreats, fashion shows, contests, corporate picnics, award banquets, birthday parties, special recognition parties, workshops and small weddings.
She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Ladies Who Launch (LWL), International Special Events Society (ISES), PG Chamber of Commerce (PGCOC), National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners (NCBMP), National Council of Women's Organizations (NCWO), Women Information Network (WIN) and Women's Leadership Exchange (WLE).

With over 30 years of business experience, Julius L. Royal has demonstrated proven effectiveness in managing the day-to-day operations of Royal Events, LLC. His primary role is to assist the president in managing the daily operations and business development of the company. He also assists with the solicitation of corporate sponsors, partners and supporters for the advancement and funding of Royal Events, LLC programs and also serves in the capacity of cultivating relationships with organizations for long term partnerships.
Malika S. Carey-Jordan

After more than 15 years in the Marketing profession, Malika S. Carey-Jordan has demonstrated her proven leadership in the promotion of events. She worked with a variety of small companies assisting them in developing strategic market analysis, marketing plans, implementation of the marketing process and increasing consumer awareness.
Over the last five years, she has worked in various areas of advertising where she has developed campaign brochures and media kits. She worked as an independent contractor for Avon and Primerica Financial Services and was recognized for top level sales. Recently, she had the chance to become the Advertising Coordinator at a prestigious association in Washington, DC. In this role, she increased advertising revenue by 45% for their national magazine. Marketing is in her blood and is definitely her passion.
